Hi, I’m Mohammad Bagher Asadi, living in Montreal, Canada. I have a Ph.D. in Oil and Gas Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland, where I explored fluid dynamics and hydrocarbon reservoir modeling. My journey has also led me to the world of software development, where I enjoy solving problems and creating new tools.
My entrepreneurial spirit led me to co-found NotificationAPI, where we aim to simplify how developers implement notification systems. This project has allowed me to deepen my understanding of AWS, Terraform, and Docker, and I’m always eager to learn more and improve our service.
Academically, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to several publications that discuss various aspects of engineering. These opportunities to share knowledge and insights are what I cherish most about working in academia and research.
When I’m not working or researching, I find joy in swimming, running, and exploring new places. These hobbies help me stay balanced and open to new experiences, which I believe is important for personal growth and creativity.
Here, I like to share my thoughts, discuss the challenges I face, and delve into some of my projects. It’s a space for reflection, learning, and engaging with others who share similar interests or who are curious about the journey of innovation and discovery. I believe in the power of sharing experiences to inspire and be inspired, fostering a community of continuous learning and growth.
